Advises clients on banking law and documentation, corporate finance, corporate governance, commercial matters, real estate documentation and law, public law and regulatory matters, and taxation, among other areas.

From 1974 to 1988 acted as in-house counsel to Banco Hipotecario de la Vivienda Popular.

From 1988 to 1994 he acted as head of our Valencia office.
