Born, Caracas, Venezuela, April 29, 1982; admitted to Bar, 2006; joined MENPA - Mendoza, Palacios, Acedo, Borjas, Páez Pumar & Cía. in 2005. Partner since 2019.
Assists local and international clients on corporate business matters and finances; with emphasis on private equity, corporate and financial structures. Experienced in M&A (including due diligence procedures), real estate, foreign investment, sports and entertainment, capital markets, public law and regulatory matters, as well as active in pro-bono work.
Co-leads the team on international sanctions, as they relate to Venezuelan law. Represents clients in dispute resolution.
Director of several Venezuelan and foreign companies. Director of the National Council for Investment Promotion (CONAPRI), and Member of the Venezuela–United States Businessmen Council (CEVEU).
Author of articles on investment and in the law and regulations of securities.
