With a solid track record in litigation, including appeals before the Supreme Tribunal of Justice, she offers effective and strategic representation in complex legal proceedings. Her comprehensive understanding of labor law and a meticulous approach, make her stand out in the defense of her clients' interests. Very experienced in real estate issues, especially in related dispute resolution cases, and applies her expertise to our due diligence work, where she specializes in real estate, contracts and litigation. Also advises clients on customs procedures, commercial matters, corporate governance, civil and commercial law and procedure, public law and regulatory issues, as well as in private international law and family law.
