Has extensive expertise in general dispute resolution, including civil and commercial litigation, with a deep understanding of the underlying legal issues, laws and regulations affecting corporations and individuals. His practical and client-oriented approach enables him to provide effective solutions to complex issues. He is particularly effective in the area of labor legislation, including administrative procedures and litigation. His public law practice includes ample experience assisting clients in contractual relationships with public sector entities, and he also advises clients in the sectors of energy and natural resources.
