Advises national and international clients regarding corporate issues, securities, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and foreign investment. Also advises regarding the design and implementation of corporate and asset structures.

From 2008 until 2023, was a member of Tinoco, Travieso, Planchart & Núñez Abogados, from his incorporation until 2017 as associate, between 2017 and 2020 as senior associate, and from 2020 as junior partner.
