Advises national and international clients regarding civil law issues, commercial law matters (including corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions), intellectual property, public law issues (including investment protection), real estate, family law and inheritance law, among others. 

From 2003 until 2023, was a member of Tinoco, Travieso, Planchart & Núñez Abogados, from his incorporation until 2017 as associate, between 2017 and 2020 as senior associate, and from 2020 as junior partner. 

Since 2019, Vice President of the Asociación de Antiguos Alumnos San Ignacio (ASIA).

From May to December, 2009, acted as in house counsel in Nestlé Venezuela, advising on civil and commercial law matters, including issues related to technical assistance and technological contributions.

In 2002 and 2003, intern at Organización Diego Cisneros (ODC), in the Intellectual Property Department.
