    Advises national and international clients regarding commercial matters, including corporate issues, design and implementation of corporate structures, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and debt restructuring, exchange controls, foreign investment, capital markets, banking and finance, energy and natural resources, tax planning, real estate, among others. Active in pro-bono work. Member  of the team on international sanctions, as they relate to Venezuelan law.


    From 1998 until 2023, member of Tinoco, Travieso, Planchart & Núñez Abogados, from his incorporation until 2003 as associate, between 2003 and 2005 as senior associate, from 2005 until 2012 as junior partner, and from 2012 until 2023 as partner.


    From 2002 until 2007, Professor of Legal Practice I (2002-2007) and Legal Practice II (2006-2007) at the Law School of Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV).
